If the head unit shows a Radio ID, we log it and stay on while you finish the satellite radio company’s steps. $18 is our time. Any monthly audio invoice is between you and that company.
What you are buying. You are paying this bench to stay on the line, not to provision an account. The listed fee is $18. Monthly programming is billed by the satellite operator, never by Set My Radio.
How the radio call runs
- Read the Radio ID from the unit menu or the carton.
- Pay this shop $18 for time on the phone.
- You speak to the satellite radio company; we stay so a digit is not missed.
- We hang up when channels play or the operator returns an error we cannot clear.
